平日のお昼12時少し前に1人で伺いました。
入口には下駄箱があり
店内は間仕切られた半個室掘りごたつ
昔飲みに行っていた時こういう店
たくさんあったなとしみじみ。
いただいたもの
・黒豚トンカツ定食 ¥1,100
ご飯大盛り 無料
待っているとアイスウーロン茶が提供され
頼んでないですよと言うと
サービスですとそっけない応答。
本来なら嬉しいけどそう感じない。
接客で印象は変わるもんです。
10分ほどで料理登場。
カツはまず塩で頂いてみました。
火の通り具合はピンクとかではなくしっかり。
かと言って揚げ過ぎというわけではない。
脂身は甘みがあり肉の旨味も感じて美味しいけど
逆に最近ではあまり見かけないタイプかも
なんだか懐かしい。
小さい頃にデパートで食べた
トンカツを思い出しました。
近年厚切りだったり
中がちょっとピンクだったりが
当然のようになっていますが
昔はこんな感じだったよな。
ランチ価格でこのトンカツ定食は
十分満足です。
トンカツに限らずどんどん美味しいものが
食べられるようになるのは嬉しいことですが
小さい頃贅沢に感じたものが
普通かそれ以下に感じるのは
少し寂しさを感じます。
情熱大陸で料理人の方が言っていた
現状維持は後退だから
この言葉をなぜか思い出してしまいました。
飲食業界の進化はどこまで行くのか。
仕切られた半個室になっているので
1人でゆっくりしたい時は良いかと思います。
