この日は新宿で飲みにでも。
こちらごまやに行ってみました。
週末の夜にお伺いしました。
かなりの混み具合でしたが、何とか席を確保。
なかなかの人気店のようですね～。
こちらは店名のとおり、ごまの料理が豊富とのこと。
個人的にはわりとごまは好き、煎ったごまの香ばしさがいいよね。
せっかくですし、ごま中心で行ってみましょう。
豚肉のセサミ焼き、ごまサバ等を頼んでみました。
だんだん面倒になってきたので、あまり写真は撮っていませんw
まずはごまサバ。
先日も博多で食べましたが、ホントよく合いますよね。
ごまと味噌の風味が脂ののったサバにピッタリマッチ。
個性が弱い魚だとごま味噌に負けてしまうのでしょうが、サバだと
いいカンジになるのかもしれませんね。
豚肉のセサミ焼きもなかなかです。
ごまが衣の役割をしており、香ばしさと食感を醸し出しています。
こちらも面白い料理ですこと。
ごま以外の料理も豊富です。
私は2軒目だったのであまり食べませんでしたけど(^^;)
店内は結構広めですし、ゆっくりするのにもいいお店かもですね。
