デメルは、1786年創業のウィーン王宮御用達の菓子司。200年以上という老舗。
まず、化粧箱がすごくおしゃれ。包装を外すと、箱がまたいい。
クライネクーヘンは、2種類の詰め合わせで、フィグとピスタチオがある。
フィグはココアベースの生地で、ピスタチオは緑の生地。フィグはラム酒で、ピスタチオはチェリー酒。もちろんとてもおいしい。
大きさも手ごろで食べやすい。
日持ちもするし、人にあげるには、言うことなし。
