事前に予約して、家族３人で訪問しました。店内はスペースがゆったりあり、隣の席とはパーティションで仕切られています。接待で使うことも可能な、良い雰囲気だと思います。
和牛しゃぶしゃぶをオーダーしました。最初に牛肉４種、豚肉２種が用意され、それ以降は好きな肉の好きな部位を好きなだけ食べることができます（90分たったところでラストオーダー）。
結局、私の好みはサシの入った「肩ロース」と、脂身の少ない「ウデ」の２種になりました。
しゃぶしゃぶで煮る野菜は、バイキング形式で、好きなものを自分でとってくるスタイルです。揚げ湯葉が美味しかったですね。
３人で、最初は６皿、その後に１２皿注文しましたが、もうこれでお腹いっぱい。調子にのって食べ過ぎて苦しくなりました。
しゃぶしゃぶには、ポン酢とごまダレが用意され、さらにエスニック調の調味料が４種用意されます。私は調味料を使わず、シンプルに食べる方が良いと思いました。
デザートも食べ放題です。アイスクリーム４種、他には杏仁豆腐など。アイスクリームは全然手を抜いていない、上質なもので、これも食べすぎました。
ドリンクは良心的な価格設定で、飲み放題2千円にするか迷いましたが、誘惑にまけて飲み放題を選択。最低4杯は飲まないとモトが取れません。料理でお腹一杯になるので、苦しかったけれども、無理やり4杯飲みました。ドリンクは単品にしておけばよかったと後悔しました。
総括しますと、このお値段で上質な和牛を食べ放題、バイキングのデザートの質も高く、さらにはサービスも大変よく、満足度は高かったです。さすがにバルバッコアの系列店だと思いました。また来たいと思います（ただし食べ過ぎ、飲みすぎに注意して）。
唯一の難点は、トイレの数が少ないことでした （大きなトイレですが、男女それぞれ別々に１名づつしか使えません）。
