The menu is reasonably casual.

On the last 29th day of this year, I will eat all-you-can-eat shabu shabu. "MooMoo Paradise" in Shinjuku 3-chome. The brand was once known as an all-you-can-eat shabu shabu restaurant for the hungry, but a few years ago it was rebranded as a high-end shabu shabu restaurant. A main store was opened in Kabukicho, and a shabu shabu restaurant in the same chain called Nabezo in Shinjuku 3-chome was also renovated as MooMoo Paradise. The store has also been renovated to give it a luxurious feel. A cow made from thin wood to look like origami was placed in the middle of the auditorium, giving the restaurant an adult atmosphere with indirect lighting. This is probably because Asian people are more familiar with Moo Moo Paradise than Nabezo. "NABE-ZO have transformed to MoMo Paradice" was a notice on the store name display in the elevator. Today, nearly 60% of our customers are from Asia. It has a fun international shabu shabu feel. Last time I came here, the menu was pretty high-end, focusing on wagyu beef, but now that they're offering casual courses, it's become a bit more popular than hotpot. Easy to use and feels nice. The all-you-can-eat vegetable corner is stocked with Gyoza / Dumpling, dried bean curd, shrimp dumplings, and hot pot ingredients that Asians love. There are also a variety of condiments. Chopped green onions and grated daikon radish are of course included, as well as green onion and ginger oil, sriracha, XO sauce and garlic chips, fermented ginger and nuoc mam, jalapenos, and other Asian flavors. We started by getting a shabu shabu soup made with bonito flakes and kelp, and a salt soup made with salt koji.We started off by choosing a course with a choice of beef loin, beef belly, or pork loin or pork belly. Today's green section includes garland chrysanthemums, bean sprouts, and lettuce. Bean sprouts, white onions, tofu, young corn, enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and plenty of other white ingredients are cooked slowly in the soup. I'm at an age where I'm thankful that vegetables are diverse and delicious. The sauce is the standard ponzu sauce and sesame sauce. It also comes with salt sauce, which is delicious. It's mild and doesn't have the scent of soy sauce or sesame, so it goes well with anything. I'm also looking forward to trying out the various Asian seasonings available. For example, when you eat pork belly with green onion and ginger oil, it tastes like eating Hainanese chicken, which is interesting. If you use XO sauce, it will taste like Chinese food, and the beef belly that you eat with jalapeños will have sweeter fat. Depending on the seasonings, dishes from many different countries can be made...It's fun to experiment with trial and error. What's more, the IH heater is so well made that it automatically lowers the temperature when it gets too boiling...I was a little surprised at how smart it was to bring the ingredients to a boil once the temperature dropped. That wasn't the case when I came here about six months ago. Ramen to finish. Add ultra-thin noodles to salt-malt soup and make them crunchy. The noodles absorb the soup and become plump, making them feel more like Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) than soup soba, and when mixed with green onions and XO sauce, they become like Yoshihin Yotsuya's Oyster Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). My stomach is full. Ice cream at the end was all-you-can-eat, and I was a little surprised at how delicious the matcha I had chosen was. I thoroughly enjoyed it, Okiniiri.
