そこそこ疲れ切った金曜日、健全な癒しを求めて駅前を散策していると
「鶏料理はいかがですかー？」
と透き通ったような声が脳天を直撃し、私はついその声の方へ足を早める。
「一人でも大丈夫ですか？」
「もちろんです！ビルの3Fへどうぞ！」
天使か。確かに白いアウターを着た女性だった。あの女性ならどんな辛い出来事も忘れさせてくれそうなぐらいな接客をしてくれそうだ。

初投稿になります。新宿西口エリアで初めて入った鳥料理屋さんのレビューになります。
以前友人がやたらと勧めてきたこともあり、半信半疑で入店。ちなみに冒頭の店員さんはしっかり中でも接客されてました。すごい。
ファーストドリンクは醸し人九平次をチョイス。獺祭もある。醸し人自体居酒屋で見ることが少ないのでVeryGood。
おつまみは冷奴ときゅうり漬けを頂きました。冷奴は自家製で豆乳を使用しているらしいです。これはいくらでも食べられる。塩で頂くのが一番好み。きゅうりはさっぱりピリ辛なのでどのタイミングで食べても良さそうです。
メインの鳥料理はもも、せせりの炭火焼き、赤鶏の刺身、もものたたきを注文。
ももの炭火焼き→塩で頂きましたが、とてもジューシーで食べ応えのある鳥肉。いつまでも食べられる味付け。
せせりの炭火焼き→こちらはタレで頂きました。食感の良いせせりとタレが抜群の相性です。
赤鶏の刺身→鳥肉の刺身があること自体が希少。そして美味。これもいくらでも食べられるやつ。
もものたたき→たっぷりのネギとポン酢で頂きます。醸し人・獺祭との相性抜群。気付いたらお酒が無くなる現象が起きました（笑）
この後TKGを注文しましたが、驚いたのは卵がメレンゲ状になっていること。フワッフワの状態で出てくるTKG、悪魔的美味しさです。
全体的にどの料理も手間をしっかりかけて作っているだけあって、料理が出てくるスピードが滅茶苦茶に早いわけではありません。
ですがそれを感じさせない料理のクォリティです。正直一人でここまで満足できる居酒屋さんなかなかないです。
冒頭の女性店員さん含め、厨房の方も皆さん大きな声で挨拶されてました。
また行きます！
