さぁ、今日はKFK（コリアンフード研究会）ですよ～。
久しぶりなので昼間っからテンション上がりまくりです。
今回は大久保のコリアンタウンの真っ只中にあるコチラのお店を喰いつくし…
無鉄砲＠新大久保
おぉ～、毎日が豚祭りだ（わっしょいわっしょい！）
なかなか無鉄砲な店名ですが、韓国の豚カルビの味が堪能できる本格的な韓国料理のお店ですよん。
広々とした店内、韓流スターのポスターが飾られいい雰囲気♪
匂いが付かないようスタッフが用意した特製のコート用ケースに上着を詰め込みます…

幹事は前回に引き続き、一ヶ月のうち一週間は韓国に行っているというコチラの方（ほんまかいな？）
てなわけで「コンベー！」
メンバーは元ちゃん、A子さん、エリルさん、ウッチッチーさん、TJさん、TBさん、ONさん、、グルメッチー☆さん、リカ店長さん、akiちゃん、友ちゃん、楽笑さんとオイラ（50音順）の13名。
さぁ～喰うぞ～っ！
まずはキムチ盛り合わせから…
続いてタンとロースが登場。
■タン
厚みのあるタンだねぇ、レモン汁でさっぱりと食べましょう。
■トッポキ
真っ赤でいかにも辛そう！だけど食べると甘～い不思議な味。
餅のモチモチした食感がいいね～。
■海鮮チヂミ
このチヂミは海鮮や野菜本来の旨味と風味が濃縮されていて、うまいのなんの。
だいぶ盛り上がってきましたよ～！このへんで眞露からマッコリにスイッチ（まったりして美味い！）
■ユッケ
生ロースと黄身の色合いが綺麗。
やっぱり寒い夜はチゲに限るね～♪
こういった料理は気取らずに豪快にかき込むのがおいしく食べるコツ…
熱いうちに、がっつくべし！
チゲとマッコリは相性バツグン♪
でもね～、マッコリは口当たりいいから飲み過ぎちゃうんですよね～。
■骨付きカルビ
骨付きのままドーンと網にのせます。
スタッフがハサミでチョキチョキしてくれて出来上がり。
う～ん、うんめぇぇ～！噛んだ時にジュワっと染み出る脂のジューシー感がたまらない。噛めば噛むほどコクと甘みが溢れます。
あ～、飲んで喰ってしゃべって笑ってカードもらって大満足のKFKでした！
