普段は夜営業のみのようですが、ご時世的にランチ営業してました。
ジンギスカン定食を注文。
注文の際に自分で焼くか、焼いてから出すかを聞かれます。
バッチリな焼き具合で食べたいので、焼いて出してもらうことにしました。
ホッカホカに湯気が立った料理が到着。
肉ももやしも結構ボリュームあります。
肉を食べると、ビックリする程、ラム特有の臭いが全くアリマセン。
だけど、ラム肉の旨味がしっかりあって、柔らかい。
新鮮な肉を使ってるのが分かります。
もやしもシャキシャキしてます。
キャベツまで付いているので、ヘルシー感バツグン。
是非、夜にも来たいお店でした。
