新宿東口駅前のNOWAビル。おしゃれな飲食店がずらっと入っています。
ダイヤモンドダイニング系、一周回って今は抑えるところはしっかり抑えている印象。
わらやきやは以前から美味しいし、ここのお店も料理は絶品！とまでいかないけど
単価を上げて”新宿駅前でも席が広くて静かな和食のお店に行きたい”という
需要に応えてくれます。
チェーン系居酒屋っていっときこんな雰囲気が流行って
”なんちゃって見た目だけ高級店”が増えたんだけど
料理がどれもまずくて、その後にセンベロ系のチープなお店が増えて
また高級路線が増えてきたように感じるけど、今度の波は
しっかり単価も引き上げて料理の質も上がってきた印象があります。
駅から歩いて1,2分という好立地なわりに認知されていないのか
想像よりもお客んさんは落ち着いていました。

お刺身は破断強度もしっかり、水っぽくないし美味しかったです。
少しお高いだけあります。お皿もみんな陶器なのがいいね。
すき焼き煮のお肉はご愛嬌、味は美味しかったです！
まぁ本当に味を求めるなら専門店に行くからね、
”駅前で高くてもいいから雰囲気重視”ならぴったりです。

丁寧だし要望もしっかり聞いてくれました。
