新大久保にサムギョプサルを食べよう
と目的を絞って調べて予約し、行ってみました
店員さんは韓国人かな？
日本語上手なので電話予約もすんなり
メニューは色々あって、サムギョプサル以外にも惹かれるもの多数で迷ってしまった
が、初志貫徹
サムギョプサルを注文
スープはどんな味かわからなかったが、最初に書いてあるスープを注文！
ホルモンのスープ、て説明だった
チョレギサラダを頼んで様子見
どれも量が多くて２人だとたくさんは注文できない
炒め物やチヂミ、ビビンバなども食べてみたかったが、またの機会
サムギョプサルはレタス、エゴマの葉がたくさん
味噌とごま油&塩の2種類のたれがつく
味噌につけるのがおいしかった
スープは味付けも美味しいし、ホルモンは柔らかく煮てあり、そのままで美味しい
酢？の小皿がでてきてホルモンはこれにつけても美味しいです、とくれたが、たれはあってもなくても美味しかった
マッコリはやかんで頼んでもあっという間になくなる
マッコリおいし
そんなに混んでなかったしまた行きたい
