ランチブッフェ等バイキング利用の御投稿が多いですが、以前よりわたしは職場が新宿になってからこちらのキャフェテリアを利用しています。
当時の先輩に連れて行ってもらったのがきっかけでしたが、エステック情報ビル外にお勤めの方でも誰でも利用できます。
いまの職場からも徒歩で行けますので時折利用させていただいています。
社員食堂のような長机タイプでなく、レストランのようにテーブル席や１人で行っても気軽な窓辺のカウンター風の席も。
エレベーターで４階に降りたら、通路手前側がキャフェテリアのエントランス。
スタッフの方がトレイを持っていて「いらっしゃいませ」と渡してくれます。
店内手前から日替りのリーズナブルなセットメニュー、パスタや麺類、一品ものとコーナーがあり、センターアイランドには小鉢の一品料理、デザート、サラダなどが迎えてくれます。
小鉢は数種類あって100円です。
この日は白身魚のチリソース、お味噌汁とご飯がついて540円だったと思います。
これに小鉢を一品プラス。選んだのは小松菜、あさり、湯葉の和え物です。
白身魚は唐揚げ風で、チリソースをかけています。
揚げたてではなくとも、適度に温かくチリソースでご飯も進みます。
ご飯の炊き加減もちょうどよく、お味噌汁はわかめとねぎでした。
和え物は素材を活かした優しい味付け、あさりもいっぱい、人参や椎茸なども入っています。
一品プラスしてもこのくらいの価格なら新宿周辺のランチとしたらCPは良いでしょう。
