辛ちゃん
職安通りの東新宿近く、すしざんまいの並びにあるレンガ色のマンション。そこの地下に路地裏的に数軒あるお店のひとつ。
ちょっと前に新大久保寄りの支店に行きましたがこちらが本店。メニューが少し違い、より家庭的です。
こちらには二日酔いの特効薬と信じてやまぬ干しタラスープ定食がありますので、その日にやって参りました。
平日昼12時前に訪問。先客は手前の店舗には既に4組ほどいて、出る頃に満席。知る人ぞ知る人気店です。
ただ、別の部屋があるので収容力は高いと思います。
お店には韓国系の女性数人。店はディープですが日本語も全然問題なしで対応も明るく、誰でも安心して入れるお店です。
干しタラスープ(プゴク)は辛くない、透き通ったあっさりしたスープで、干しタラの割いた身が煮込まれています。これに豆もやしも入ればかなりの最強二日酔い特効薬になります。(効き目には個人差があると思います)
また、少し古いブームではお肌ツヤツヤ食材でしたね。
この店の料理も、まことにあっさりした滋味あるスープでした。
食べてる最中から体が火照ってきて、酒が抜けるというか、症状が軽めだったせいか食べ終わる頃には二日酔いを忘れてる感じです。
新大久保周辺の干しタラスープがある店はだいたい行きました。残すはランチがなく、もしくは1人前がないとか1200円以上の店です。二日酔いにならなければお世話にならないで済むということですかね。
