新大久保コリアタウンから少し離れた東新宿にある韓国料理屋。
本場韓国人も通う知る人ぞ知る隠れた名店だそう。
最寄駅は東新宿駅ですが、新宿駅から歌舞伎町を抜けて徒歩圏内。
職安通りから少し奥まって下がる、
ディープな雰囲気のビル半地下にありました。
店内はこじんまりとしていますが清潔感があります。
著名人のサインも壁にびっしりと。
隣接して厨房や支店がありました。
休日ランチで家内と飲む気満々だったので注文したのは、
電気BBQチキン、ミニ豚足、チョングチャン+ビビンバ、干しタラスープ定食。
電気BBQチキンは注文後も30分？1時間？だったかな。
時間が掛かるので早めに注文がベターです。
生ビールで乾杯後、チャミスルのキュウリ割りで頂きました。
ちなみにデジカルビが名物だそうです。
先ず韓国料理らしくお通しとして色んな種類のキムチや和え物が。
もちろんお替りもできます。
シナモン入りの特製スープで煮込んだ豚足。
臭みは無く炭火で焼いた香りとほんのりシナモン。
柔らかくてねっとりプリプリして美味しい逸品。
電気BBQチキンは炭火焼のチキン丸ごとロースト。
丸一匹をスタッフがハサミで器用に解体してくれました。
3種類の味を楽しめます。
全部食べ切れず持ち帰りをお願い。
チョングチャン（納豆みたいな味噌鍋）は熱々で栄養価高そう。
干しタラスープはソウル旅行で必ず寄るお気に入りの味とはちょっと違ったかな。
内装や食器とか本場韓国で食事している雰囲気がイイですね。
スタッフの応対もよく、ゆっくりと過ごせました。
