初チムタクでしたが、とても美味しかったので、また行きたい。
オモニも優しく話しかけてくれて嬉しかった。
韓国人の友達がチムタクを食べたいとのことで訪れた店です。
注文やホールを女将さん一人で切り盛りされているので時間がかかりますが、お料理は美味しいです。

太めの春雨が汁を吸って美味しい。
食欲そそる濃いめの味でご飯のお供にぴったりだけど、ご飯のペースを少し抑えて、最後に残った汁と混ぜていただきます。
混ぜごはん、絶品です。
