今日はひつまぶしを頂きました。
ひつまぶしと言うとバリッと焼かれた鰻でタレが甘めと言うイメージが有るのですが、こちらのひつまぶしは、関東風のあっさりしたタレで焼き方も関東風な感じでした。

こちらのお店はひつまぶしよりも、鰻重を頂くのが良いかなと

次回は鰻重と肝焼き子持ちこぶで飲りたいと思います。
