ぷらっと、今日のモーニングは新宿駅周辺を散策。
ＪＲ新宿駅の中央西改札を出て、道なりに右方向へ・・・。
少し歩くと右手に、
本日、お邪魔した『わおん。』さんがある。
平日の７時４０分に店舗の前に。
入口の左手に券売機があり、券売機でメニューを確認。
メニューは、
■朝ごはん
・焼き鯖定食 ５３０円
・納豆玉子定食 ４６０円
・カレー定食 ４００円
・アジとろろ丼定食 ５３０円
・目玉焼き定食 ４９０円

「アジとろろ丼」のボタンをポチッと押して、食券を取ってカウンターへ。
カウンターで食券を渡して、自分の席を確保。
然程、待つことなく「アジとろろ丼」が提供された。
「アジとろろ丼」の内容は、アジとろろ丼、味噌汁、小鉢（キンピラ、お新香）である。
「アジとろろ丼」は、ご飯の上に、アジの身をほぐしたものと とろろが半々にその中に生姜が乗っている。
まずは、とろろに少し醤油を掛けて、アジととろろとご飯を掻き回す。
アジととろろとご飯が一体となったところで、スプーンで食べる。
ヘルシーな朝食だと思いながら食べ進め、キンピラやお新香を箸休めとして食べて、最後に味噌汁を飲んで完食。
本日は、和食の朝ごはんを食べて、会社に向かうQちゃんでした。
