2024年2月下旬の日曜日、12時20分。
外は雨のうえに気温4℃。
新宿西口地下広場で考えた。
屋内でランチを。
店先のメニューを見て入店。
玄関左横の券売機で購入。
■ 唐揚げと生姜焼きの合い盛り定食、970円
んっ！？
お昼時にしてお客様の入りは半分程度？
券は持ったまま好きな席で待機・・・、
という間もなく番号を呼ばれる。
えっ！？
嫌な予感しかない。(笑)
トレイをうけとって席へ。
まぁいいや。
・・・！？
"唐揚げ"が見当たらない。
厨房へ。
「"唐揚げ"が乗っていないんですが・・・。」
「・・・、あっ！失礼しました〜！すぐにお取替えいたします！」
取りに来ようとしたが、こちらから持って行く。
厨房に持って入り、30秒後に提供口へ。
持ってこようとしたが、先に受け取り口に到着し、受け取って席へ移動。
「失礼いたしました〜！」
落ち着いてご対面。
・・・。
四枚あった豚ロースは本来の数である二枚に。
そのままサービスしてくれりゃあいいのに。(笑)
代わりに"唐揚げ"が二個乗せられています。
取り敢えず温かいうちにいただきましょう。
・・・。
温(ぬる)い。
焼いていないんではないかと思われる豚ロース。
"蒸し"か"茹で"のようなお肉に"生姜タレ"を塗ぶしただけのようなルックス。
提供時間からしても作り置き。
"唐揚げ"も"温かい"よりも"冷えている"に近い。
よって、"豚"も"鶏"もちょっとだけ臭みを感じてしまうレベル。
そう、これは"ハズレ"の社食・学食の雰囲気。
令和というこの時代に"不味い"寄りのクオリティは、ある意味貴重な存在。(笑)
お昼時真っ最中にこの客入りはこれだったのか〜！
普通のおまけ的 "お味噌汁"が辛うじて温かく、それが一番の"ご馳走"的存在になってしまった結果。
取り敢えずお腹は膨らんだので昼食にはなりました。
残念ながら再訪はないと思われます。
ごめんなさい。
