新宿高島屋の地下1階に入る同店。
有名パティスリーのケーキを様々販売されているという甘いもの好きにはたまらないお店。
気になった2点を購入。
この日は5店舗くらいの有名パティスリーからケーキが入荷されていたが、選んだどちらもたまたまKouji & Koのもの。
【ほうじ茶と渋皮栗のガトーショコラ】
「ほうじ茶と甘酒をたっぷり使用し、渋皮栗も入ったほうじ茶好きにはたまらないケーキです。」とのこと。
渋皮栗特有の味わいがいいね。
ほうじ茶のガトーショコラは口に入れると口内がほうじ茶で広がる。やや水分が足りない感じもあるが、生クリームと渋皮栗が上手くフォローしている。
【ブルーベリーのレアチーズケーキ】
「甘酸っぱいブルーベリーとたっぷりの甘酒が入った程よい酸味のレアチーズケーキです。」とのこと。
中濃くらいのレアチーズケーキ感かな？濃厚さも軽さも同居している感じ。
底がザクザクのクッキー生地で香ばしさに食感のアクセントもあって良き。
