東京、新宿高島屋の地下にあるスイーツのセレクトショップ「パティシェリア」さん。大阪では、スイーツのセレクトショップなんかみたことありませんが、東京は懐が深いですね。
購入したのは、「パウンドケーキ」とショコラマカロン」。この「ショコラマカロン」からいただきます。
まず一口目、軽い食感が口の中に広がり、次に淡いチョコレートの甘さが続きます。その時には、もう口の中で溶けてなくなっている軽さ。
軽い食感で、ついつい食べ急いでしまいそうです。
