前日の夜に連れと２丁目の話をしていたら、目印に札幌やさんの名前が出てきてから、もう翌日は完全に札幌や腹になってる。
昼少し過ぎに訪店。
店長は髪短くなって更に良い男に。
賄いさんはめちゃ気の利く女性になってた。
ソーシャルディスタンスから四人がけテーブルを１名ずつで使い、そのためカウンターに案内される。

テレビの見える席に移動し、先ずはプラスしたミニ炒飯が到着。間も無くネギがシンプルに乗った待望の白味噌ラーメンが到着。
いやー幸せです。
まずはスープを一口。甘辛い白味噌が堪りません。
麺は中太麺でたっぷり入ってます。
ネギは仕上げに乗せたてなので、シャキシャキで少し辛味も有ります♬

思い出して食べたくなる白味噌の名店

白味噌が食べたくなると思い出す札幌やさん。
新宿二丁目の中心に位置し、名店の蕎麦屋も多い地区。
醤油や塩も有りますが、ここに来ると白味噌オンリー。
それもミニチャーハンセットばかり(^^)
これで880円はコスパ良し。

店長の挨拶も凄く感じが良いし、注文を受けてくれる女性の気配りも素晴らしい。お水なんて減ればすぐ注いでくれます。とても嬉しい接客です。
