休日の伊勢丹レストランフロアでは、昼時は並ばずに入れる店がないけど、並ぶのが苦手なワタクシ。でも、久々の銀座アスター、行ってみるかー！
●桂花（2970円）
酢豚そのものが食べるの久しぶりだったけどこんなにまろやかな酸味、甘味、旨味を感じさせるものだったなんて！豚肉がうまい。黒酢あんも極上。選んで正解。前菜、点心、スープも間違いないね。今まで中華はあまり行かなかったけど、食べ歩いてみるかなって気にさせる。
