日々新宿を訪れていても、初めて気づくお店があるものです。こちらのお店もそう。
担々麺を前面に出しながら、麻婆丼のようなものもあるようで、入ってみました。
陳麻飯（読み：ちんまぁはん）と称する、その麻婆丼らしきものを頼みました。750円と、この辺ではありがたい安さ。メニューには、担々麺の辛さは選べるように書かれています。念のため店員さんに陳麻飯も辛くできるか聞いてみると、可能だとのこと。「極激辛！」と表現された3辛をお願いしました。（勤務の合間でなければ、「責任は持てませんが好きにして」と表現された4辛にしたかったです）
席から厨房を見ていると、店員さん、私のものらしき丼に、ラー油を念入りにトローーンとかけて、配膳。
見た目は確かに辛そうです。しかし「極激辛！」というほどではありません。店内のポスターには「コレゾ熱烈発汗幸福食ナリ。」と宣伝されていますが、ほぼ汗をかくことなく頂いてしまいました。何となく、排出すべきものを排出できずにいるような感覚を覚え、自分大丈夫か？と、少し疑念が湧きました。
