東京でつけ麺と言えば、個人的に好きなお店は２つあって、一つは「六厘舎」、もう一つが「風雲児」です。
どちらのお店も魚介濃厚系のつけ麺なのですが、どちらも麺やスープに特徴があって大好きです。
今日は、「風雲児」です。いつも、お店の前の公園まで並んでいることが多いのですが、今日は18時前くらいで、それほど待つことなく着席できました。
注文はいつもどおり、得製つけ麺の大盛です。
食券を買って注文の時に並盛か大盛を確認されます。値段は同じなので、当然、大盛です。大盛といっても、そんなに量が多くないと思います。
風雲児の良いところは、鳥系と魚介系の濃厚スープなのですが、どんなに麺をたっぷりつけても、スープがなくなりません。
汁喰いの自分にとって、つけ麺でスープが足りなくなるのが残念なのですが、風雲児はそんな心配不要です。
そして、得製はチャーシューとメンマが増量され、味付玉子がスープに入っています。
ツルツルの麺に、スープとチャーシューとメンマが絡みつき、味も食べ応えも抜群です。
今日も美味しいつけ麺で、大満足でした。
また必ず来店します。
