店外に11人位待ち、道路を挟んだ向かいに既に人が並んでいる
(後で分かったが、店内にも10人位並んでいるため、並びはもっとあった)
外国人多数(半数以上？)
荷物は椅子の下のかごに置く
おしぼりなし、紙ナプキンはあり
店内に入れたら、券売機で食券を買い、店員に促されたら、食券を渡す。
その際に麺の量(普通 or 大盛)を聞かれる
とくせいつけ麺(1150円)を購入

既に食券を渡してあり、全体を同じもの(ほぼつけ麺)をまとめて調理するため、
着席してからはすぐの提供
麺は中太であまりうねっていない
つけ汁はのり、タマゴ、ねぎ、魚粉、チャーシューなどが入っている
魚粉の香りは目立ち、全体に混ぜると味の濃度が増す
鶏から取られた濃いめの出汁
つけ麺としてはとても美味しいと思う

着席まで30分待って、10分位で食べた
14時台でここまで待つと思わなかった
ごちそうさまでした。

店外に並びが出来ていない、いつもより空いている状態のため、並ぶ
特製つけ麺と特盛?的な食券を購入
店内7,8人の並び
途中で店員さんに食券を渡す

麺は中太でつややかな麺
固めに茹でてある
つけ汁は、チャーシュー、煮卵、メンマ、ネギが入っていて、真ん中に魚粉、上に海苔が載っている
鶏と魚介の濃縮された旨味のおかげで麺がするすると消えていく
今回特盛にしたが、自分には少し多かった
特盛を食べたら、つけ汁はほとんど残らなかった
ごちそうさまでした
