木曜のランチで行きました。この日、ランチを摂ろうと店を探すと何処も大行列。ん？なんかあったの？ということで軌道から外れた衛星のように彷徨いました。こういう時は飲食街。野村ビルに行ってこちらにしました。並びは数名で10分ほどで入店となりました。
注文はデフォの、陳麻婆豆腐(1,100円)にしました。飲み物はプーアル茶。ご飯は大盛？になってしまいました。
ほんの5分ほどで提供されました。丼に麻婆豆腐、ご飯も同じ丼、卵スープと搾菜です。
麻婆豆腐は極普通。豆腐は2センチ角のダイス状で、挽肉、ネギが入ってます。とろみも普通です。油が浮き、旨味になります。辛さは麻も辣も普通。少し麻の痺れは弱めかな。極一般的でうまい麻婆豆腐です。
ご飯は硬めで麻婆豆腐に合います。大盛になってしまったのは、大盛ですか？と聞かれてよく聞き取れずはいと言ったから。普通盛りはもっと小さな茶碗に盛られるようです。
スープはうまいのですが、温くて残念。こりゃダメです。
搾菜は普通。プーアル茶も普通。
客層は自分と同じサラリーマン風の方が殆ど。十分満足のいくランチとなりました。ご馳走様でした。
