頼んだもの
・生ハムの盛り合わせ
サラミ2種と生ハム。
お値段にしてみると若干量と味わい共に物足りなさは感じたかも……？
・本日のカルパッチョ
この日はサーモンでした。とろとろのサーモンに酸味控えめのドレッシングが絡んで美味しい。
・タコのガリシア
プルプルのタコはびっくりするほど柔らかで、なのに吸盤はぷりぷり感を残した絶妙な火入れ。
オイルとタコのエキスを吸ったポテトがまた美味しい。シグネチャーとして推すだけありました。
・スペイン風オムレツ
少しポーション少なめ・オーソドックスな味わいでした。
・グリルポテト
オイルを吸ったとろっとろの薄切りポテトで酒が進む〜。メニューから見ると地味目に感じますが美味しいです。
・アロスアパンダ
ここのシグネチャーメニュー。エビの旨みがぎゅぎゅっと詰まったパエリアはトロトロ感もおこげのカリカリ感も味わえる！
2人前で結構しっかり目に量が出てきました。
・鳥レバーのムース
キャラメリゼの風味となめらかなレバーが美味しかったです。
・デザート
バスクチーズケーキは濃厚で量が多く、お酒飲んだ後に頼むなら2人で1つをシェアくらいがちょうどいいかもしれません。
トロトロで美味しかったです。
全体的にオリーブオイルを使ったお料理がオイルの新鮮さを味わえて美味しかったです！
下手に逆張りせず、シグネチャーメニューとスペインらしいお料理をしっかりと抑えて頼んでいくのが良いかも。
飲み物はノンアルコールの種類少なめ・お高め。サングリアなどを頼むのが良いかと思われます。
9名で伺い、基本1メニューにつき2皿を頼んでシェア＋1人3〜4杯飲み物を頼んで5000円程度のお値段でした。
