本日はありがとうのランチは魚が食べたい気分だったので炭火焼専門の白銀屋さんへ
11時半頃開店となっていたので11時10分ぐらいに訪問
平日で雨だからかまだ待っている人なし
15分過ぎぐらいに開店
お目当てのとろ鯖を塩焼きの定食で注文
肉厚の鯖はほくほくでふんわり
これは白米がすすむやつだ
少し焦げめのついたぱりぱりの皮に鯖の旨味を堪能
あっという間にご飯も完食
なにやら豚バラを注文している人も多そう
次は豚バラ試してみようと思いながら退店
ごちそうさまでした
