●As we have a limited number of seats, we have a two-hour system in principle. ●For those who only reserve a seat, we charge 380 yen per person for the seating fee (appetizer) + all-you-can-eat grated daikon radish service. In principle, we have a one drink system. 普通の居酒屋だと丸ごと焼き魚が提供されることが多いが、このスタイルであれば色々な魚を少しずつ堪能することができる
サイズ感が絶妙で良いね
特にサーモンハラス、あこう鯛は美味しかった
魚の串焼きをメインとして据えているが、それだけじゃないのでこの店のすごいところ
大山鶏の刺身、白レバーの炙り焼き、ともに相当な美味しさだった
鶏の刺身というだけあって中身はピンク色
しっとり感が半端ない
厚切りでサイズ感も良い
メイン料理と言っても過言ではない
白レバーも刺身レベルのレア度
トローっとしていてほぼレバ刺しを食べているよう
鮮度抜群
それこそ焼鳥屋で出てくるレベル以上
出された料理全てが美味しかった
