土曜日の19時少し前に台湾からの友人と伺いました。
当日お昼頃に電話して予約していました。
予約していなかったら席はなかったですね。
とても人気があるお店なので予約した方が良いでしょう。
できるならカウンターが断然おすすめ
おまかせと刺身盛り合わせをいただきました。
私は普段は菜食中心ですが
天然の魚と天然のお肉は好きなので
ヴィーガンやベジタリアンではありません。
旬のものや産地のものをいただくのが好きです。
食材には出来るだけ旅をさせないほうが良いと考えています。
