引き続きですが、東京編です。
世界三大料理ってご存知ですか？
中華、フレンチ、そしてトルコなんですよね！
トルコに一人で旅した経験のある友人Hちゃんとともに、「パムッカレ」にて意外な世界三大料理トルコ料理を満喫してきました。
JR新宿駅東口からABCマートのある通りを歌舞伎町方面へ。
そのまま歩いて左手にファミリーマートがあります。
そのビルの５Fにあるお店です。
このお店、東京に住んでいたときからもう5回くらいは行ってます。
なぜなら…
美味しいから。
面白いから。
ゆったり座れる＝空いていることが多いから！！！
喫煙可能なので、混雑しているときは喫煙しない人にはキツイかも…。
また、ディナーだと一人3000円以上になってしまいますが、それでも普段は、予約なしでふらっと行っても快適に過ごせるので、気に入ってます。

オーダーするものはほぼ決まってます＾＾
まず、ドリンクは「マンゴーヨーグルト」（530円）！
マンゴーだけよりさっぱりとしてます。
あと、「エキメッキ（パン）」（300円）、「フムス（ひよこ豆のペースト）」（750円）。
パンをたくさん頼んでしまうので、ペースト系を追加。
こちらは「ほうれん草のペースト」（780円）。
ヨーグルトにほうれん草、オリーブオイルという、こちらもヘルシー系。
ヨーグルトとお野菜って結構合うんですよ！
この日はトルコ風クレープ「ギョズレメ」（700円くらい？価格忘れちゃいました、すみません！）もオーダー。
パン好きなら絶対に好き！
中に入っているのはチーズとほうれん草でした。
さらにさらに、「トルコ風餃子のヨーグルトソースがけ」（1650円）。
トルコ料理なので羊のお肉？
でも、臭みはまったくありません。
お肉はそもそも少量だし、お肉が苦手な私も美味しくいただけました！
トルコ料理の良いところは、お肉が苦手な人も、お肉大好きな人も楽しめること！
通常は「フムスやヨーグルトと野菜の何か」＋パンという質素なメニューばかりが多いのですが、何回か、串焼きやミートボールを食べたこともあります。
スパイスがたっぷりで次々と食べてしまいました！
お会計のとき、お客さんが少ないとサービスしてくれたり、店内販売している雑貨をいただいたこともあります＾＾
そういうフレキシブルな接客ところも、海外風！？
パムッカレはメニュー数も多くて行く度に発見のあるお店ですので、今後もちょいちょい行きたいな～と思ってます。
