讃岐の名物といえば、讃岐うどんですが、もう１つ讃岐の名物があるのをご存知ですか？
骨付き鳥という鳥焼は、香川県では讃岐うどんに次ぐ名物で、
県内には、たくさんの専門店があるそうです。
新宿に釜焼鳥のお店があると、TVで紹介されているのを見て、行ってまいりました。
釜焼鳥本舗
お店は、新宿駅の南口から徒歩3分のビルの5階にあります。
店内には昭和のヒット曲が流れ、レトロで懐かしく、楽しい雰囲気
柚子酒のソーダ割り
突き出しにキャベツが出てきました
お味噌につけて、キャベツをバクバク食べちゃいます
肉豆腐
お豆腐の上に、挽肉、卵を混ぜて頂きます
ちくわの磯辺焼き
カラりと揚がっています。
そして、このお店の名物 釜焼鳥
骨付きももやき「ひな」
給食のような銀のお皿に盛られて出てきます。
皮がカリっと香ばしく、身は柔らかくて、ジューシー！！
とっても美味しい〜
塩、胡椒と、ガーリックを1晩漬けた鳥を特製の釜で
じっくり焼いているそう。
肉汁がじゅんわりと溢れ出て、旨みしっかり。
これは、病みつきになってしまう味です
〆は、もちろん、もう１つの讃岐名物 讃岐うどん
温玉ぶっかけうどんを頂きました
たっぷりの天かす、トロ〜リ温玉を混ぜて頂きます
麺は、四国より毎日直送、出汁も厳選されているそう。
しっかりとしたコシのあるうどんは、さすが、本場の味。
とっても美味しいです
釜焼き鳥、初めて頂きましたが、本当に美味しくて
病みつきになってしまう味でしたぁ～♪
お値段も780円と、とってもリーズナブル
新宿の駅からも近いですし、気軽に立ち寄れる雰囲気、
店員さん達もフレンドリーで、活気のある楽しいお店です
