午後1時くらいに入店しましたが、
ランチタイムといえどそれほど混雑はしていませんでした。
本当は夜の時間帯に、骨付き鳥で一杯ひっかけたいところでしたが、
まだまだ日も高いので、骨付き鳥のランチをいただくことにしました。
焼きあがるまで10分くらい時間がかかりますとのことですが、待った甲斐がありました。
外側はパリパリ、肉はさすがヒナだけあってジューシーです。
調理用ハサミも一緒に出てきましたが、お上品にハサミを使うより
豪快に齧り付くほうが断然おいしいです。
生キャベツに油を浸して食べましたが、おかずが鳥肉、キャベツ、お新香だけじゃ
ちょっと物足りない感も否めません…。ｗ
その際は、お吸い物をうどんにしてもらいましょう。
