最近骨付き鶏がブームですよね。
先日香川に行った時に初めて知ったのですが、東京でも味わいたい！と、いうことで、やってきました。
祝日は15時から…ということで、ハイボール酒場やら、ゲーセンやらで時間潰して、開店と同時に入店。
わたしらの他にも開店待ちのお客さんがいて、彼らは慣れた様子。
ひなのお持ち帰りを頼んでいた。
んで私たちも焼くのに時間がかかると言うので、
親とひなを1つずつ頼む。
待つ間は鳥への思いを我慢しながら、焼酎と枝豆、キャベツで待機。
で、やってきたー！
親は硬いが味わいがある。
雛は雛で、やわらかくてうまい！
これはビールでしょっ！となり、焼酎ボトルで頼んでるにもかかわらず、ピッチャーで生を追加。
あー、幸せ（笑）
あともやし炒めたのとか、唐揚げ(懲りないwww)とか、静岡おでん？的なのもいただきました。
旦那は〆でうどん食べてたんですが、美味しかったようです。私は後半から記憶なし（笑）
とにかくおいしくいただきました。
次はお持ち帰りしたいとおもいまーす。
