小鉢3種とご飯はおかわり自由

※豆腐はおかわりできません
ほどなくして、メインの塩もつチゲ配膳！
石鍋よりひと回り大きい器です
野菜も多くモツも入ってます
ただ全部で税込980円なのでモツの量は大量❗️とまでは、いかないかなぁ
けど、満足出来る量だと思います
ポン酢が付いてきますので、ポン酢をつけて食べます
スープも塩ベースの味がついてますので、何もつけなくても美味しいです❕
スープもごくごく飲めちゃう美味さ❗️

サムゲタン自体、初めて食べる
いつもの小鉢＋豆腐
小鉢の3種類はおかわり自由
ライスもおかわり自由
熱々の石鍋で着丼❗️
岩塩別添え、好みの塩味に調整
丸鶏の半身がデーーーンと入ってます‼️
もち米かな？小さなおにぎり状でひとかたまり入ってます
他は少しのネギとニンニク1片
スープ自体は、ほぼお湯...に近いので岩塩2/3ほど入れました
遠くに複雑な味がしますが気にしないとわからない程度
まぁそれでも鶏から出た出汁で十分美味しい
高麗人参とかも入ってるのかな？
小皿はいつものご飯入れる銀容器じゃないからこれはおそらく鶏がら入れかな？
けど、ご飯が食べたいのでここにご飯入れましたけどね 笑
鶏は柔らかくボリューム満点‼️
満足度は高いです
このボリュームで880円はCP高いですね

ここで食べるのは初❗️
コムタンスープ定食になるのでご飯、小鉢3種類＋豆腐
小鉢3種類とご飯はおかわり自由
キムチはかなり本格的！そこまで辛くなく甘味と酸味のバランスもGood
コムタンスープは、牛テール肉も結構入ってます❗️
それに、春雨も沢山
別途、粗塩があり自分で塩分調整が出来ます
デフォでも塩味はありますが、マイルド塩分少なめです
別皿粗塩を入れながら塩味調整！完璧‼️
肉は柔らかくとても美味しい
スープは、牛骨の良い出汁が旨い❗️
このスープでラーメンでも美味そう(*´艸`)
ライスと3種類小鉢、おかわりして満腹満腹！！
大満足です‼️
これで、850円はCP高いですよねーー！

けど、甘みもあり旨味も感じます

Today is my first gopchan jjigae set meal!! ️ You can specify the spiciness (normal, 2x, 3x) I doubled it! This restaurant is always popular! Fully booked right after opening! All you can eat 3 types of small plates and rice! ️ (#´ᗜ`#) It comes with tofu, but you don't have to refill it.The rice bowl arrives soon.It's a big bowl❕❕It's a big bowl instead of a stone pot like sundubu jjigae or stone-grilled bibimbap.This is also huge! It's so big that it looks like it's more than twice as big as Sundubu Jjigae (;´∀`) Is it because it's twice as spicy? There's quite a bit of spicy-looking powder on it.The ingredients are... Offal (maruchou), hachinosu, bean sprouts, cabbage, chives, green chili peppers, enoki mushrooms, tofu, onions, green onions, etc.!! Is this the biggest CP ever with this size and so many ingredients!?!? Marucho too!
