鮮度が良いモツ
肉汁餃子製作所ダンダダン酒場 新宿三丁目店での、気楽な飲み会のあと、もう一軒、と訪問です。
場所は2丁目のど真ん中。なのに、このお店があるのを、知りませんでした。
間口いっぱいオープンな店先。左側は、カウンター。右には、テーブル席です。木目、御影石も使われたカウンターに、土壁風のクロス壁の内装は、落ち着いた雰囲気です。
街の、開放的な焼き鳥屋さんの雰囲気ながら、なんとなく、２丁目の雰囲気漂うのが、良いですね。

私たちの感想
感じの良い、店主らしき方と、昔の2丁目のお話をお聞きしながらの楽しいひと時でした。何度も近くを通っているのですが、気がつかなかった、、前は、クローズな雰囲気のお鮨屋さんだったそうです。
お腹が 満ちていたので、あまり頼めませんでした、が、モツ焼は、鮮度の良さを感じました。
次回は、もっとしっかりとね。
2人とも酔って頂いたので、失礼な事、言ってしまったかも、 、すみません、、お詫び申し上げます、、

以前も、伺った事のある焼きとん居酒屋さんですが、いつものイタリアーナなマダムと、再度の訪問です。新宿2丁目仲通り近辺は、バーは、とても多いのですが、居酒屋は、以外に少ないんです。(そういえば、このお店の前にも、から味処も、ありましたね)
今回は、醤油ベースのモツ鍋(1280円2人前から）を、頂きました。
お店で毎日捌く、このお店のモツは、鮮度が、とても良く、洗いも、しっかりとされています。なので、臭みが全くありません。脂(コラーゲン？)のしっかり乗った丸腸は、柔らかく、旨味があります。醤油ベースのスープには、モツ、ニラの出汁と合わさって、とても美味。
専門店に行かなくっても、モツ鍋を頂きたくなったら、このお店で、十分に満足出来ますね。
