和食食堂といった雰囲気の「珈穂音（かぽね）」に入ってみた。店名はアル・カポネから来ているのかしら。
和のメニューが並ぶ中に燦然と輝く《牛ステーキ定食》の文字を見つけて、そりゃあ頼むよね、肉の妖精。
シャリアピンソースのビフテキ風、と書かれていて、ビフテキという言葉の好きなワシはそれだけで嬉しいけど、食べればしっかりとした肉質の柔らかい仕上がりに玉ねぎ、赤ワインのソースが絡み、きちんと美味い。
付け合わせのポテトと人参などの構成が完璧なのも嬉しい。丁寧な味を楽しんだ。
