2016年3月19日リニューアルオープン |
新宿にある「富士そば」で、天ぷらそばカレーセット760円を食べた。伊勢丹の裏にある明治通りに面したスタンドそばで、すぐ先の交差点角にも同店舗が目と鼻の先にある。
セットは100円引きになっていたので、朝そば450円にはせずにこちらを選択。麺は冷やしにしなかったので、コシの弱さが目立った。最近は淘汰されてきた駅そばの柔らか麺に似ており、冷やしで食べた際には進化を感じたのだが茹ででは相変わらずなのか。
カレーはミニサイズで、ククレカレーのようなそれなりに固形具材が入った日本的なスタイルだ。カレー専門店のものとは違うホッとする味である。
