サシが綺麗に入ったお肉はお箸でほぐれてしまいそうに柔らかいです。脂が甘くて美味しい〜。

定番カルビ。脂が焼けてカリッとした食感もほどよく味わえます。タレによく合います！ご飯が進む^_^
