平日13時頃訪問です。ビルの2階へ階段で上がるとお店です。店内はテーブル席のみでお店は広くなく、かなりぎっしりした感じがあります。男女問わずお二人やグループもいますが、お一人様も結構いますね。ほぼ満席で席に座るとジョッキ麦茶を置いていただき注文を聞かれ、店内にも貼ってありましたが、一階の階段のメニューを見て決めていたので、カルビ定食をお願いしました。肉大盛りもあるようですが、普通にしました。卓上に七輪が置かれ、薄めの冷たいお茶を飲みながら10分しないで料理到着しました。
ナムル、キムチ、だいこんの酢漬けはそれぞれちょっとずつ。お肉は量がありますね。ご飯はツヤツヤでやや硬め。スープはワカメ多めです。
スープは、量も多くて味も変にしょっぱかったりせず、しっかりした味で美味しいですね。
お肉は脂もほどほど入っていますが、七輪で適度に脂を落とし、そのままでも、甘めのタレをつけても柔らかくて美味しいですね。卓上にはコチュジャンと思われる甘辛な調味料もあり、これはタレに辛さを増すのではなくコクを増すために使う感じでした。タレもお肉もご飯が進みます。ほっかほっかの硬めのご飯をお代わりして完食しました。
コスパがこの辺りでは抜群に良いと思います。帰る時には外に待ちもありました。量もあり味も美味しいのでおすすめです。
