I went to this store for the first time in a while. Apparently it's better to avoid Noodles to reduce visceral fat, so have meat for lunch! I was wondering if it would be short ribs, but I went with skirt steak. Meat grilled on a charcoal grill is delicious. The meat is well soaked and comes out tender and grilled. The seaweed soup with a hint of pepper has been as delicious as it has been for years. 850 yen if not large, 1,050 yen if large. cheap! Being conscious of my diet, I don't refill the rice or soup. Recommended for people who work in the Shinjuku area.
