今回は、新宿にある最高に美味しいハンバーグ屋「溶岩焼ダイニングbonbori新宿店」に訪問してきました。
ここは、私が色々なハンバーグを食べてきた中でベスト3に入るハンバーグ屋になります。
この金額でこのレベルのハンバーグが食べれるのか！！という素晴らしいお店です！
新宿の美味しいお店の本を見たところ、なんとbonboriが紹介されていました！
それぐらい人気で美味しいということがわかるかと思います。
外観の写真は撮り忘れましたが、店内はこのように照明が薄暗く、落ち着いた雰囲気となっています！
カップらしい人が複数いたのでデートでも使えるお店となっています。
女性に美味しいハンバーグ屋を知っているよということで連れてきたら絶対に喜ぶと思います。
入り口にこのような券売機があるので自分の食べたい物を選んで下さいね。
かなりメニューがありますが、まずは定番の「牛ハンバーグステーキの溶岩焼」を食べてみて下さい。
他にもアラカルトで色々メニューがありますが、焼肉としても利用できるお店ですね。
私の大好物の焼きしゃぶや肉寿司があるので是非食べてみたいものですな〜。
私の経験上焼きしゃぶを提供しているお店は肉の品質が高い傾向にあるので美味しいお店が多いですね〜
定番の「牛ハンバーグステーキの溶岩焼大盛り（1,230円）」を注文！！
このハンバーグの厚みがすごいですね〜。期待感が高ぶってきます！！
見て下さい！この肉汁を〜！！！
箸を入れたら溢れ出てきて、下の溶岩に触れることで”じゅ〜”という音がなることで食欲がそそられること間違いなしです！！
しかも中のお肉が赤くレアなのでとろけます。
また、このハンバーグがすごいのは、外と中の肉での食感が違ってきます。
今まで美味しいハンバーグを沢山食べてきましたが、このように中と外の食感がここまで違うのはないです。
中は単純にレアというよりミンチよりも更に細かくねってあるので硬い食感がまったくなく、下に滑らかに伝わり、舌の温度で溶けていくという感じですね。
とにかく言葉では言い表せない食感です！！
これはとにかく食べてみないことには始まらないです。
ちなみにこれがハンバーグのタレになります。
ライスもついてくるのでライスと一緒に食べると更に美味しいですね。
ライスの量はちょっと少ないので男性は足りないかもしれないです。
サラダもついてくるのでメインの前に軽く食べて胃を起こさせましょう。
最後に食べ終わった後にバーアイスがサービスでもらえます♪♪
これは非常に嬉しいです！！
口の中が脂だらけになっていますが、この酸味のあるアイスが脂を流してくれて気分もスッキリです。
