ここ数年、年に一度のフランス料理フルコースとなっております(^^)
メニューより、①カニと林檎のサラダを詰めた海老のシャロット仕立て、赤ピーマンのソースと共に ②鶏のロワイヤルにツブ貝と野菜のスープ サフラン風味 ③イトヨリダイのプレゼ マデール酒香る彩り野菜のマテニョンを入れたプールブランソース ④さわやかな柚子風味のシャーベット ⑤牛フィレ肉のステーキ セープ茸入りボジョレーワインのソース ドフィーノ風ポテトのグラタンと時季の野菜 ⑥フロマージュブランと苺のソルベ ミント香る苺のスープ 以上！
フランス料理のコースメニューは、料理のタイトルだけでも楽しめますね(^^)
言えることはだだひとつ、全てが美味かった！
