都営団地の敷地内で営業されているトラットリアマツモト。
６年前くらいからその存在を知るようになり、計５回くらいは訪問したことでしょう。
駅から少し距離があり、さらに飲食店が数多く立ち並ぶ明治通りからはずれた住宅街の一角という立地にもかかわらず
ランチ帯に訪問するといつも混みあってます。
12時過ぎには満席になってしまうくらい人気があります。
店内は暖色系の明かりと外光のミックス。
座席間の余裕もあり、解放感があります。
カウンター席と４人用のテーブルがいくつかあり、外にも２席用意されています。
ランチメニューは外もしくは店内の壁にかかったボードのみで
いつも４種類ほど。
今回は「温玉ボロネーゼスパ」1050円を注文しました。
最初にスープとサラダとパンが提供。
ドレッシングは控えめで、スープはオニオンコンソメ、パンはフランスパンです。
程なくしてからメインのパスタが登場。
大盛のような量です。これがこちらの特徴でもあります。
麺の茹で加減はアルデンテでないですが、やわ過ぎない食感。
ほんのりトマトが効いたミートソース系なソース。
温玉のマイルドな恩恵がしっかり感じられる塩加減です。
ひき肉の素材としての肉感も味わえ、美味しく食べられます。
お皿のせいでしょうか、和風というか家庭的な感じさせます。
食後にアイスコーヒーを頂き、
全部込みで1050円なら、たまに来たくなる絶妙な価格ですね。
決して便利な場所ではないですが、都会の喧騒をよそにしたい時にまたお世話になります。
