【食べた感想】
麻婆豆腐の豆腐は木綿豆腐で辛味の成分は豆板醤とﾗ-油(*^^*)
辛味は結構利いているが辛いのが大丈夫な人なら普通に食べれるほどのﾚﾍﾞﾙ( ^o^)
逆に山椒の痺れる辛味は結構利いている(*^_^*)
甜麺醤からの甘味とｺｸが少し弱く深みがあまりない(;^_^A
豆鼓からの旨味と風味もそれほど利いておらずちょっと思ってたのと違った(;^_^A
挽肉からの旨味まずまず出ていてﾆﾝﾆｸの香りと風味が利いている(^o^)
塩気はちょっと高めで油分も少し高めだが中華料理としては標準的なﾚﾍﾞﾙ(^-^*)
ﾗｲｽは柔らかめの炊きあがりの昨日の残り物ご飯(-ω-;)
水分が抜けだまになり変に硬くかなりいまいちな味だった(ToT)
