久々に来店。注文はいつも通りのど定番、麻婆豆腐。口に入れた瞬間、痺れるマーと、辛いラーが畳み掛けてくる。豆腐は下茹でされしっかり湯切りされ、硬めで味がギュッと締まってる。辣油が多めで全般に味は薄め？なのに、しっかり塩の効いた挽肉がアクセントになってご飯がすすむ。。けど、なんか昔よりやっぱ塩薄い？
