新宿の第一生命ビルにあるお店です。中はカウンター席が非常に多く、思ったより広めです。とても回転良く、割と活気のあるお店になります。
店員さんの案内や接客も大変良く居心地は良さそうです。
ショーウィンドウに並ぶ料理の中でひときわ目立つ『王さんのたまごとじうどん¥7２０』を注文！
提供された時に店員さんからお好みでラー油をかける説明があり、あまり辛いのが得意ではないので、たらーと一周かけてから箸をつけました。
スープは透明感があり、たまごがふんわりと、混ざっております。あんかけも軽めで見た目は和風です。
一口食べて衝撃です。味はどちらかと言うと酸辣湯麺にに近いです。酸味と辛味がほどよくあり非常に旨い！さらにうどんの麺はコシがありツルツル。今まで食べた酸辣湯麺の中で1番美味しいと思いました。もはや酸辣湯麺の麺はうどんにするべきとさえ思いました。
おうちでも作れそうなので、今後酸辣湯麺を作る時はうどんで作りたいと思います。
