大戸屋の中では比較的新しいメニューかな。東京では珍しいトンテキ。ボリュームも肉質も本場四日市のものや大阪のものと比べると全ていまひとつ。味付けもあっさりめなため五穀米が進まない。
コスパもイマイチ。大戸屋にはコスパも良く旨い定食メニューが豊富なので敢えてオーダーする必要はないな。あくまで個人的にですが。ご馳走様でした。

なぜかこの日は大戸屋気分。野菜の摂れる定食に大好きなばくだんをトッピング。大戸屋のばくだんが昔から好き。とろろに納豆、マグロが入って栄養もありそう。全体的に栄養バランスのとれたランチであると願いたい。ご馳走様でした。
