久々にウルテをたくさん食べたくて来店。
店員さんは少し無愛想でしたが、
気を取り直して、
まずは、さくらユッケと胃の食べ比べを！
ミノはよく知ってるので、
第二の胃のハチノスから！
独特な風味だが、美味しいし、食感も楽しい！
そして第三の胃のセンマイ！
あっさりとした味にザラっとした舌触り、
コリコリした部分もあり、タレがよく絡み美味しい！
そして第四の胃、ギアラ！
癖もなく、食感も楽しい。一番好きかもしれない。
続いて、心臓に近い大動脈のコリコリ。
お酒のおつまみに、あっさりとして名前の通り
コリコリしていて、美味しい。脂っぽいのが苦手になってくるとこういうのばっかり頼んでしまう。
そしていよいよ大好きウルテに。
ちなみにウルテは牛の気管の軟骨です。
スナック感覚で、あっさり食べられて、
タレがよく絡み美味しい。たまにはこういうホルモンだけを食べる会を開きたいと思いました。
最後に冷麺で〆
またウルテとコリコリを食べに来ます。
