色とりどりの数十種類もある取れたて新鮮野菜は、仕入れた農家さんの写真が掲載されていてとても安心できます。野菜の説明をしてくれる店員さんも丁寧で知識が豊富な方々でした。生えのえきも初めて食べましたが、食感と香りと味が普段のえのきと全然違い新しい発見！初耳の野菜などもあり、楽しみながらいただけるサラダバー。普段こんなに食べれない野菜が何度もおかわりしたくなります。サラダバーだけだと1390円、他に頼むと890円になります。フルーツは甘いブラッドオレンジがありました。(90分制)一緒に頼んだ桜チップで焼いた鮭定食。こちらも桜の香りと脂が程よい焼き魚、あと初めてのにんじん餅だんごが気に入りました。
セルフサービスの温かいさつまいも茶が優しい甘味で、みずみずしい野菜と共に体に沁み入りました。
カウンター席もあり、1人でも行きやすい雰囲気です。
今回は1回食べきりのMサイズサラダにしましたが、盛り盛りにしてかなり食べ応えありました
