新宿三丁目駅からすぐのところにあります。
六本木や恵比寿にも店舗があります。
コロナになってから早く閉まるお店が多くて、なかなか2次会のお店見つからないので僕が新宿で飲む時はかなり重宝しているお店です。
お客さんは、20-40代の友達同士で来ている人が多いです。
丸テーブルがあって、8人とかでも入れるので中人数の飲み会にも最適です。
メニューはなんと約300種類もあるので正直何を頼むのかいつも迷います笑
名物の北京ダックを頼むとスープや前菜も付いてくるので、まずは北京ダックを頼んでじっくりメニューを見るのがおすすめです。
中国の青島ビールは、油を使う中華料理に合うすっきりさっぱりとした味わいのビールです。
名物の北京ダックはまるまる1羽、客席まで持ってきて目の前で切り分けてくれます。
見た目からして美味しそうですよね。
日本では、鴨の薄皮のみを食べる食べ方が主流ですが、エイトは、本場北京と同じく、分厚い肉の付いた皮とネギ、テンメンジャン（タレ）をヤービン（北京ダック用の包み皮）で巻いていただきます。
これ本当に美味しいのでぜひ食べてみてほしいです。
残った鴨肉はヤーツァイとしていただけます。
ヤーツァイとは、もやしなどと一緒にピリ辛に炒められた鴨肉の炒め物ですね。
最後に残った骨は、ガラスープとしていただきます。
優しい味でコラーゲンたっぷりなので女性に大人気のスープです。
普通北京ダックを頼むと鴨肉の皮だけが多いのですがエイトは鴨１羽まるごと楽しめるのが嬉しいです。
